Does provide an upfront cost savings projected at $7,000.00 to $10,000.00 the first year.

Does provide a fixed cost for all services for the remaining years.  (Please review the list of services)

Does provide Added Value that includes the elimination of cost for the “painted sprinkler head issue” for good.

Does provide the owner an out of the resident intrusion alarm business and the expense associated with it, while still taking care of 100% of the residents that want, need, must have this Amenity.
